The Good Ole Days

In my spare time I take a look at the classics Marvel has to offer, like No. Eight of the 12-issue limited Series Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars. This, as most of you know, is the first appearance of the Black Suit, Spider-Man's most intriguing foe. We also know this suit is physiologically mind-bending. Under its influence Spider Man can be corrupted. The Black Suit is an alien symbiote able to give its host a boost in strength, agility and speed. The Black Suit is later removed from Peter and Eddie Brock becomes his host. But today, we're talking about the Secret Wars issue No. Eight. In this issue "Heroes and Villains," we are transported to a strange world to fight the ultimate battle. On one side are the villainous forces of Doctor Doom, on the other side are the heroic forces of Captain America. A third party forms of Magneto, The X-Men and other heroes. The main event in this comic is when the heroes battle the villains in the fortress of doom where The Human Torch defeats Ultron. I thought this part was action packed and exiting. I believe this comic begins many problems for these heroes, some still elevant today. I highly recommend this comic for it is a classic must read.

  3. Actually I ordered 200 comics from Ebay from the 1960's to the 1990's. So last night I decided to rifle through them , and I found my favorite comic #8 of Secret Wars so I made a review , so yeah I could but I'm really bad at following story lines except Red Hulk but that storyline is highly overated.
